Terms of Service
1. The service
Framewright generates short-form video content — scripts, rendered videos, captions, and hashtag suggestions — from the brand configuration and product catalog you provide. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle; unused credits do not roll over.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the brand you configure.
3. Your content and ownership
You retain all rights to the brand assets you provide. You own the videos, scripts, and captions Framewright generates for you, and may use them commercially without restriction. We claim no ownership over your outputs.
4. Your responsibilities
- You may only point Framewright at websites you own or are authorized to use.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the claims in your content — including health, financial, and advertising claims — and for compliance with the rules of any platform where you publish.
- You will not use the service to produce unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Publishing to social platforms
You can publish your videos in two ways. You may download finished videos and post them yourself from your own devices and accounts. Or, if you choose, you may connect your own TikTok account to Framewright through TikTok's official developer API: you authorize the connection yourself via TikTok's login flow, and Framewright then uploads only the videos you explicitly send to your TikTok account's inbox as drafts, where you review them and complete publishing inside TikTok. We act only on accounts you have connected and authorized, we always display which account is connected before any upload, we never see or store your TikTok password, and you can disconnect your account at any time in Settings. We do not use unofficial automation, browser bots, or any method that violates a platform's terms of service.
6. Billing, cancellation, refunds
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access and remaining credits continue to the end of the paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the service; render credits consumed by videos you approved are non-refundable.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or modify features; if we materially reduce what your plan includes, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee views, engagement, sales, or any particular performance of generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
