Arcads alternatives: eight options compared on price and what's on screen

If you want AI actors like Arcads, the closest alternatives are Creatify (from $39 a month), HeyGen (from $29) and MakeUGC (from $59). If you're leaving because you'd rather not use synthetic people, look at real creators through Billo or Insense, or at product-led video with no person on screen, such as Framewright. Arcads has no public pricing page; reviewers report about $110 a month for 10 videos.

The right alternative depends on why you're switching: price, the look of the videos, or how shoppers react to AI people. The table below sorts the options by what actually appears on screen, because that decides most of the rest.

Why brands look for an Arcads alternative

  • Price you can see. Arcads shows no plans on its site, and reviewers piece together prices from its in-app paywall[2].
  • Disclosure rules. Since 9 June 2026, New York requires ads to disclose synthetic performers, with penalties from $1,000[12]. Ads made with any of the AI-actor tools here can trigger it; product-led video and real creators don't.
  • Shopper trust. In a May 2026 YouGov survey, 45% of Australians said they'd trust a brand less if its ads were mainly made with AI[13].
  • The platforms do it now. If Meta or TikTok's built-in tools give you a usable avatar ad, a separate subscription has to earn its place[9][10].
